Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year at Felton Laboratory Charter School! I am Dr. Jean Graddick, and it is both a privilege and an honor to continue serving as your Director. With over 27 years of experience in education, I remain deeply committed to fostering a school community built on excellence, collaboration, and student success.

At Felton Laboratory Charter School, we are proud to provide a rigorous, engaging, and student-centered learning environment grounded in our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) framework.
